Wir hatten das Vergnügen, während unseres Aufenthalts den exzellenten Service von Herrn Jansen zu erleben. Von Anfang an war er freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell. Herr Jansen hat sich immer darum bemüht, dass alle unsere Wünsche erfüllt wurden, und zeigte eine unglaubliche Aufmerksamkeit fürs Detail. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich seine Fähigkeit, auch in stressigen Momenten ruhig und lösungsorientiert zu bleiben. Dank ihm fühlten wir uns rundum gut betreut, und unser Aufenthalt war noch angenehmer, als wir es erwartet hatten. Vielen Dank und großes Lob!

A hotel from another era with delicious food
The restaurant on the top floor is really delicious and healthy, the terrace has great views and the gym and the swimming pool are great. The hotel rooms are hit and miss, it is meant to be 5-star throughout but the rooms at the top are stuffy, with dusty dirty carpet stuck on the wall and old beds with broken fabric. You have to look at it as a hotel from another era, a grand old dame.

Wir waren wieder da. Schon seit Jahren sind wir Gäste und haben uns daran gewöhnt, stets herzlich, zuvorkommend und höflich begrüsst, beraten und bedient zu werden. Nach diesem Aufenthalt konnten wir feststellen, der Bayerische Hof hat sich in allen Punkten nochmals gesteigert. Insbesondere der Teamgeist und Charme des meist in München verwurzelten Personals aus aller Herren Ländern ist einmalig. Die jüngsten Renovationen verleihen dem Haus zusätzliche Eleganz. Der Bayerische Hof setzt als familiengeführtes Hotel neue Standards. Chapeau Frau Volkhardt.

Great historical hotel in a perfect location
The hotel itself is beautiful and historic on the inside and outside. Our room was large by European standards and very comfortable. Separate seating area with couch and chairs, as well as a very functional desk. The service was flawlessly delivered, and I especially want to recognize the concierge, Michael Jansen, for helping save our travel day going from Munich to Berlin! He went above and beyond. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the old city, and walkable to everything we wanted to see. We would definitely stay here again.

Bester Concierge seit langem
Sehr nette Begrüßung beim Check-in und, wie immer, sehr gutes Frühstück. Frau Melinkovic war ganz besonders reizend und hilfsbereit, um die besonderen Erfordernisse meiner Frau, die aufgrund von Allergien diverse „dietary requirements“ hat, zu erfüllen. Herr Eidinger ist ein phantastischer Concierge der alten Schule, wie man ihn heute leider nur noch extrem selten findet, der uns von Fußball-Tickets, über Blumen, bis hin zu exzellenten Restaurant-Empfehlungen, alles aufs allerbeste organisiert hat. Viele Hotels realisieren gar nicht, was für einen unglaublichen Unterschied ein so hervorragender Concierge für ein Hotel ausmacht.
