The grounds are beautiful, the staff is excellent, the location is perfect and the lobby is great......but the rooms are long past being due for a makeover. The bed is extremely hard and sunken in the middle and the carpet is pretty nasty. The rooms really need to be remodeled as they certainly don't meet Hilton standards. If you visit at the end of April and it is unseasonably warm, prepare to sweat it out. They have a hard line policy to keep the cooling tower in "winter mode" until May 2 regardless of how uncomfortable guests are. That should be noted on the website so that people can make an informed decision about staying there if it's warm. I really wanted to rate this higher because of how wonderful the staff is, but I couldn't due to the room conditions.

We loved the hotel. The breakfast buffet was just mouth watering. They had a small pool and sauna but three best part was definitely the fact that you could rent bikes for free! They also have little things that are just like the cherry on top. For example they serve free popcorn in the lobby or have a icecube mashine on every floor! The rooms are great as well and we definetly suggest throwing paper airplanes off the balcony!!! :D

I genuinely think the hotel is quite comfortable and modern, i dont know why there were reviews mentioning the lobby is old and has last-century design. I have to give a HUGE credit to the front desk staff and concierge who helped me to figure out the charging problem. They are extremely helpful and kind! It was really cold outside but i feel so warm! And you can tell they do enjoy with their jobs. The breakfast was nice and the restaurant is really decent! Even though the bananas were quite old… Received upgrade to the suite and they tried to accommodate my requests and i really appreciate that. Room is spotlessly clean and i love the comfortable sofa and small balcony. Executive lounge is somehow packed and small, it can be crowded during happy hours. Unfortunately, there were very limited choices for food, i think only fried broccoli and salmon (if you want something warm) at that time. I think somehow this can be improved… Furthermore, another thing can be improved is the cleanliness of the gym. I visited two days the gym, and i saw same towel laying on the weightlifting area and cups everywhere even though i can tell staff was there, as the towels racket was refilled. Maybe this can be done in an appropriate way. Not central located, but if you want silent evening/night, this is definitely your choice! Apart from that, i would love to stay with hilton munich park again of course!

I recently stayed here for a week with my wife and teenage kids. This hotel was perfect for our trip to Munich. First off; the staff was extremely friendly and helpful (especially Sophia at the front desk). The concierge staff was very helpful too. The executive lounge on 12th floor was very convenient to grab a coffee and/or breakfast in the morning. The location is ideal as you are right next to the English Beer Garden. There are plenty of taxi's out front (if you choose not to take the subway)....it was about 15-20 euros into Marienplatz. Most importantly...this hotel is very clean and the room staff does a great job. This is a very professionally run hotel. I would stay again without hesitation.

Very convenient location on the edge of the English Garden not far from the City Centre and the bars and restaurants of Schwabing. It is a big corporate hotel rather than a charming one. Reception staff and concierge are both friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable. The fitness room is good. The pool is nice, but small. Breakfast was very busy, but very good. Plenty of options for everyone. Parking comes at an additional charge but is underground and secure. Hilton delivers as you would expect from this group
