Herzlich Willkommen. Top Service. Freundliches Personal.
Man fühlt sich willkommen vom ersten Augenblick an, das fängt schon mit dem Gläschen Sekt beim Check-In an und zieht sich den Aufenthalt durch. Im Hotel herrscht eine angenehme familiäre Atmosphäre. Man genießt den exzellenten Service bereits beim Frühstück im Restaurant Schwarzreiter und trifft immer auf überaus freundliches Personal.

The Kempinski München deserves the reputation it has. A truly iconic and very classy hotel. The staff is very friendly and highly professional. I enjoyed every minute of my stay. It is a car magnet. There were super cars parked in front all the time :-)

Mostly average to poor, this Vierjahren Kempinski 5☆ hotel in Munich, Germany
Many shortcomings, in particular at the reception desk, with plenty of young employees not particularly knowledgeable and dynamic! Door service also very, very bad! I have been in much, much better 5☆ hotels! And they have charged me for the use of the minibar - €26.00 for two bottles of - "complimentary" written on the label - water! I DID NOT USE THE MINIBAR AT ALL!!! BE WARNED! They charge you a "deposit" as soon as you arrive at the hotel! Very kin, they are, to do so! Dinner was OK but for a 5☆ star hotel, the tables are uncomfortable and small at the Schwartzreiter Tagesbar restaurant.

What an absolutely beautiful hotel! The service was top-notch and efficient, the room was well-appointed and extremely comfortable, check in and check out were so easy, and the location was central to everything we wanted to see and do in Munich. Although this is an older building, it has been updated with every modern convenience and included extra touches of luxury.
