One of the worst hotels to have stayed in. They have no concerns for Senior Citizens. The people in the hotel are cheats They book you in some suite and try to pass of another room as that suite. I had booked a Thalassa suite and they put me in a normal room as per their own web portal “ The Thalassa suites are available in four different types: balcony or terrace with garden or sea view and seating; terrace with private Jacuzzi; terrace with shared pool; terrace with private pool.” But the room that was given had no such facilities it only had a small terrace facing the sea and was the furthest room which could only be approached by changing 2 lifts walking up 3 ramps and climbing 2 sets of stairs. When I complained through my travel agent they charged him more money and shifted us to a room with a private jaccuzi. The the person who was sent to show the new room was rude and irritated as to why they are asking for change Another very striking USP of the hotel is that they don’t welcome those guests who are tea drinkers or who do not like to drink alcohol. As there were no tea sachets in the room we rang up room service (as we are tea lovers) the response was that you would be charged €4 for 2 sachets of tea. When we asked for water we were squarely told that 1 bottle has been placed for coffee ( Whereas the Nespresso machine refuses to work with just 500ml or 0.5cl of water in container and shows red light) so we emptied the second of the 3 bottles provided in the machine. Leaving us with just 0.5 cl of water for your thirst.(Where as WHO recommends atleast 3 liters of water per day per person) here the hotel policy is just to provide 500 ml or 0.5 cl of water per day per person to the Guests Lesson: TEATOTLERS AND TEA LOVERS ARE NOT WELCOME IN THIS HOTEL PLS DO NOT COME TO MYCONIAN AMBASSADOR And I had never in any hotel seen a Suite which has a single room with Bathtub and sink WITHIN the room maybe a new concept of a Suite Even their website is not accurate they have given the same pictures in every room on their website so that they can easily make a fool of you

Felt like a King and Queen, this was the leg of the trip we were pampered and the honeymoon was truly a magical experience. We loved the restaurants that were a short walk away and the food at the hotel was magnificent. The pool was one of my favorite, drinks were on pricey side but well worth it. The tiny ice creams and glasses being wiped down was on a new level of treatment. I recommend this to any honeymoon couple as you are staying in paradise with a perfect view into the Mediterranean sea. Bed and bedroom was always spotless and extremely comfortable the entire stay.

Our experience at Myconian Ambassador was a complete surprise. Totally unexpected, I couldn't even have imagined to have such a great customer experience. Congratulations because you have done what many businesses strive for for years, and they never accomplish it. To transfer the sense of belonging and customer first to your employees. The whole team has the same focus of making the customer happy, it's incredible. That to me, is priceless.  Besides that, the hotel installations are awesome, the food is great, breakfast was delicious, rooms are super comfortable and nicely decorated with a stunning view of the beach and town. I mean, this was completely out of anything I could have imagined when I reserved our stay with you more than a month ago.  We simply loved our whole experience at the Myconian Ambassador. I would love to repeat this experience someday. Thank you very much for such a pleasant stay. 

We absolutely loved the Myconian Ambassador Hotel. We arrived early and our room was ready for us. Our room had the most amazing view and our own personal patio and jacuzzi. The weather was absolutely outstanding for the 3 full days we spent there. The pool was lovely and clean and the seating area was outstanding and relaxing. You can look out at the view or face the pool. The staff by the pool was incredible. The food and drinks were amazing. We had dinner at the restaurant at the hotel and the food was superb. The lobster pasta was one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. Breakfast every day was great, too. We went to the spa and had a massage/facial and it was lovely. The gym was also great. Overall we cannot recommend the Myconian Ambassador hotel enough.

We had the pleasure of spending 2 days and nights at the Myconian Ambassador Relais & Chateaux Hotel. We were given a welcome drink while we were checking in. This is a beautiful hotel, extremely clean. We have never been treated so well in any of our travels. You are not handed your key to your room, but rather you are escorted to your room and shown everything in the room. Any questions you have are answered right there. When we arrived our room was not quite ready so we were escorted to the restaurant, where we enjoyed a drink in the beautiful restaurant and pool area. Every person was extremely professional, pleasant and eager to help. We would love to return for a longer visit.
