Marina Inn at Grande Dunes

We have stayed at the Marina Inn for the past 11 years for our beach vacation and won't stay anywhere else. The staff is very friendly and our room clean with a beautiful view of the Marina. Thank you for always making it a wonderful trip, Marina Inn!

My family has been coming to this hotel for over 15 years now. We love Myrtle Beach and have never considered staying anywhere else. Some things never change, beautiful hotel in a perfect location with friendly front desk/valet staff. Unfortunately, something else that hasn't changed is the outdated furnishings. I have literally been sitting on the same living room furniture for fifteen years now, without so much as the slightest update. It's incredibly frustrating because the reviews have been clammoring for updates for years now. Management response is always the same.. "updates are underway".. (They are??). The furniture is not just old, It's worn and stained and should have been discarded years ago. Still, this is a top-notch hotel, I just wish they'd invest more to bring some life back into the rooms. One more thing.. Pool bar staff aren't the friendliest. It used to be a real strong suit of this hotel.

It was a long week of running a program. All the resort staff were wonderful. Fatna & Wahabi our food an bev staff were available for our preset and pop up needs. Event space was condensed in one area so no wandering up and down corridors. Scenic view from my room. Very happy to find a tasty fish sandwich at the pool bar on my last day. Front desk Laura, was happy to assist me with a tutorial on my shower control. LOL :-)

The room was clean and the views from my balcony were amazing! The shuttle ride to the beach was perfect! The driver even gives you fresh towels in case you forget. There is also a cabana were you can purchase snacks and drinks.

From the moment we arrived at the Marina Inn at Grande Dunes, we were treated like longtime regulars. The staff went above and beyond—some remembered our names and where we were from, which made the experience feel incredibly personal. The service was top-notch, the food was outstanding, and we loved wrapping up our evenings at the cozy bar. Our room was spotless, and the mattress was so comfortable—we slept great every night. This was truly the most personable stay we’ve ever had, and we absolutely can’t wait to return. Highly recommend!
