I loved Andaz Napa so much that I plan on visiting again in the near future. My King Jr Suite with beautiful bathtub was outstanding. I had so much fun shopping in the vast array of nearby shops. Andaz Napa is a fun place for a young crowd, as well. Very friendly and welcoming.

I’m giving the overall rating a 3 due to location. It’s in a great location and walkable to so many restaurants and wine bars. However, the hotel itself is dirty. The cleanliness of the rooms are extremely underwhelming. They “upgraded” our room due to being Hyatt members but the room they put us in was disgusting. The green couch has ketchup stains near the bottom and sides, the carpet has yellow stains and the balcony was full of cobwebs and bird poop. We stayed 4 nights and not once did we enjoy any time spent on the balcony due to the circumstances. I personally would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There’s many to choose from nearby.

This resort exceeded our expectations! The location is about as perfect as you can get in Napa, surrounded by multiple tasting rooms that are open in the evenings, as well as several good restaurants. The room itself was absolutely beautiful. Everyone we spoke to was wonderful. We had breakfast in the restaurant every morning, and it was delicious every day. We loved our experience there and can’t wait to go back.

We just spent 3 nights at the Andaz - our first experience of Napa. Loved it. The hotel is wonderful. We stayed in a suite - not sure if all rooms are suites - which was one of the nicest rooms I've ever stayed in. Staff were laid back yet extremely helpful and efficient. Loved the Mercantile roof top bar, which had some cover and heaters for inclement weather. We loved Napa and will definitely return....and will definitely stay at the Andaz.

We loved the room that they upgraded us to. It was a junior suite on the top floor. We also enjoyed how kind the staff was. It’s right in the middle of Napa so it could be a Centric. The breakfast staff was fantastic and the breakfast was delicious and the coffee was delightful. They welcomed us when we came in with a glass of wine and the Wine Country theme was throughout the lobby in the rooms.
