Hotel Arista

Room are nice and clean. Big soaker tub and walk in shower. My wife thought the bed was rather hard but I liked it. Staff were friendly.

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. The room was clean and very comfortable, the staff are welcoming and very accommodating with anything you need. I can’t wait to stay with them again!

While the property is rated as a four-star, it consistently delivers a five-star experience. The staff goes above and beyond to make me feel like royalty, always ensuring I’m in the best room possible. Even as a Titanium Elite Marriott Bonvoy member, I’m willing to pass on points just to stay here when I’m in the area — that’s how exceptional the service and atmosphere are. Top-notch in every way.

The hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating to the guests needs. Rachel at the front desk was very helpful and Emily also worked behind the scenes to make sure that our family had connecting rooms. The suite was very big with great big windows and views of the surrounding areas. The Double Queen room was also very spacious. Both rooms were luxurious, very clean and comfortable. The bathrooms had marble, wonderful lighting, a big soaking tub, TV behind the vanity mirror, extra toiletries were given, (mouthwash, tooth brush, razor). Attention to detail. The suite had a living room with a deep, comfortable 3 person sofa, 2 accent chairs and a desk with a desk chair. The room provided a relaxing space for the family. The girls also visited the spa on site. A wonderful experience at the spa. Our family would highly recommend a stay at Hotel Arista.

My fiancée and I flew in from New Jersey for the weekend as she has her Nurse Practitioner exam in St. Charles. We did very little research beforehand, saw the great reviews, and chose this hotel because we wanted to stay somewhere walkable to dinner. From the moment we checked in today, we felt like we had been staying here for years. We do not know anyone at the hotel and are not from the area, yet the staff made us feel completely at home. Everything from the hotel itself, to the staff, to the onsite restaurants has been remarkable. We are planning a destination wedding in March, and I can honestly say we have been treated better here, not only by the hotel and their team, but also by the staff at Che Figata, the attached restaurant, who were equally amazing. I am truly taken back and grateful that places like this still exist. What started as a quick trip for an exam has now turned into a place we plan to return to every year for a weekend getaway. And keep in mind, I am writing this after only five hours of being here. This place is worth every dollar and I am taken back. Thank you Hotel Arista, Thank you Che Figata!
