Little Campers Staycation
First off, my wife and I have stayed at Hotel Arista on two other occasions, just to get away from the little ones and it's always a great experience. With that said, I am married and have a family of 6 (four boys) and we decided on the Litte Campers Staycation package. We did this based on a similar experience we had staying at the Swiss Hotel in downtown Chicago in 2025. They offer a Kid's Suite as well, but they go about it in a grander way. Don't get me wrong, my kids had a great time at Hotel Arista, but based on their previous experience, they expected a bit more. I don't mention this a criticism, but only as a suggestion - I would step it up a bit more, in what you provide for the Little Campers Staycation. Perhaps a snack box, books, board games, and even toys to play with. This would just help with the wow factor. All in all, the staff were wonderful, room service was delicious, and my family enjoyed the stay. Until next time...

Frequent guest at Arista.
I have stayed at Arista several times each year for the past 6 years and have always enjoyed my stay. My only suggestion to management would be to update some shower heads. That would be my only issue.
