Conrad Nashville

Hotel room was great, hotel really nice. Would have been 5 star but we booked the hotel for the pool (changed from one closer to where we wanted to be specifically for the pool) but the pool was closed all day because there could be a “storm” tonight. When questioned about the ability for a storm to jump into a Time Machine and warp back to noon, guest services assured me the head of security made the call. While it was hot and sunny with no wind, it definitely seemed like a risky proposition. While walking around town sweating my @&@- off, noticing every other rooftop pool was open; I’m super stoked that the Conrad took an abundance of caution in their guests safety. Wishing we booked any other hotel at this point. There is 0 reason for the pool to be closed.

Great hotel with amazing service. The beds are fantastic so you will definitely get a great sleep! Be sure to Try the Korean BBQ short ribs at the pool!!! Huge shoutout to Cooper, Woody and Devin at the Thistle & Rye for taking care of us all week!!!!

The BEST service we have received in at least a decade. We had an incredible experience at the Conrad… it was a 10/10!!!!! I never write reviews, but this place is so special it warrants one. In todays world, high caliber service and a top notch customer experience are so uncommon. At the Conrad every team member greeted us with a smile, remembered us when we returned from being out, offered helpful recommendations, and tended to our needs with enthusiasm. They even offer “house car” rides … complimentary, private transportation to local places in a lovely Mercedes . The rooms are exquisite and modern, with techy touchpad controls and very comfortable bedding. When we returned from breakfast our room was already cleaned - WOW! We were also delighted with unexpected turn down service complete with bottled water and cookies. The pool was also perfect. I mean, it was Veuve themed with matching floats and french inspired pop music. Whats not to love? Overall, our stay at the Conrad was luxurious and delightful. Kudos to The Conrad for inspiring every team member to serve guests with enthusiasm and care. Highly highly recommend the Conrad Nashville. Ps no refrigerator or microwave in room but didnt miss them a bit!!!

This hotel and its staff is fantastic! Allison Rumohr their sales manager helped me in the best way….customer service is alive ! Friendly, helpful, accommodating and a clean hotel is exactly where I want to stay in Nashville! I will stay here every chance I get to Nashville

Excellent hotel with a great staff throughout the property. Rooms and common spaces are very nice. Staff is extremely accommodating—Mariam in the restaurant and Gary and Edwin at the front door were particularly welcoming and excellent.
