Reviews for Omni Nashville Hotel

Perfect One-Night Stay in the Heart of Nashville

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 11 hours ago

We stayed one night at the Omni Nashville and were thoroughly impressed by the convenience and comfort it offered. The location is unbeatable—just steps from Broadway’s live music and nightlife, and an easy walk to Bridgestone Arena and the historic Ryman Auditorium. Whether you're in town for a show, a game, or just to soak up the Nashville energy, you really can’t beat this spot. The hotel itself is modern and well-maintained. We especially enjoyed breakfast at Kitchen Notes—the buffet had a great variety, fresh options, and warm Southern hospitality. One of the best surprises was that the Country Music Hall of Fame is directly attached to the Omni, which made it easy to fit in a visit without worrying about transportation. Highly recommend this hotel for a short stay in Music City. You get comfort, great service, and a front-row seat to all that downtown Nashville has to offer.

Kitchen Notes with Rasha!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 13 hours ago

Ate at the restaurant and Rasha was the best! She understood our dietary restrictions (gluten free / celiac) and advised us on what was safest. She treated us like family and we couldn’t be happier! Would go back time and time again but ask for Rasha!

Serve yourself warm breakfast as long as you have three hands

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 day ago

Negatives: Breakfast food warmers absolutely suck Fridge in room freezes beverages and they explode Blankets retain too much heat (worst I've ever seen) Printer out of order and no signage Dining room garbage labels unclear Outlet sockets in room worn out (this is common) Positive: Everything else was fine Super friendly staff (kitchen and front desk)

Fantastic location but service is lacking

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 day ago

The location is fantastic. It’s adjacent to the Country Music Hall of Fame and a short walk to the Broadway honky tonks and the Ryman auditorium. The Bridgestone Arena is across the street. Our room wasn’t serviced even though we left for the day at 11 a.m. and were away for 10 hours.

Great hotel- very clean

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 day ago

The amazing housekeeping team and the coffee shop staff were the perfect touch to make the stay great. I did not notice much of management presence so that makes me think what a strong team they have. I will definitely choose the same hotel for my next visit as it is very close to Broadway as well.
