Virgin Hotels Nashville

All the hotel staff from check in to check out were wonderful, friendly and helpful. The food was excellent. The hotel and our room was clean. It was our first time at the hotel and in Nashville and we had a great time and would do it all over again and stay at Virgin Hotel.

I was completely overwhelmed—in the best way—by how wonderful our stay was this past week! Our company hosted our Annual Member Meeting, and the entire staff went above and beyond to make the experience smooth, welcoming, and enjoyable. I want to give a special shout out to Dustin at the front door—he was amazing and handled all our questions with such professionalism and kindness. Huge thanks also to Joe and Susan from the catering team, who were always ready to help and often stepped in before we even realized we needed anything. We’re already looking forward to holding our annual meeting here again next year!

Excellent hotel staff very friendly and helpful . Food and bars were good and lively. Room was a good size and very clean. Great location. Close to everything in Nashville. Staff were very helpful in all areas . Have a great car service to the airport

I must say the Valet was Spot on. Zhian and Rob was Surpb. I love the pool area and the energy this facility give. From the Moment of pulling up to exiting my vehicle the young men was VERY pleasant. You just don't get that much these days and or is very hard to find.

Great experience for our law firm conference for our young attorneys. Friendly and competent team, excellent food (especially the fried chicken at breakfast), fun atmosphere. If we host the event in Nashville again in the future, we will return.
