A Perfect 3-Day Getaway at Grand Hyatt Baha Mar – Everything You Need!
I recently spent three wonderful days at the Grand Hyatt Baha Mar in October 2025, and I can easily say this resort exceeded our expectations. The facility itself is massive and looks brand new, making it a pleasure just to walk around and explore. There’s a fantastic variety of restaurants on site, so every meal was an exciting culinary adventure. The beach is beautiful and the water park is a true highlight, with the Lazy River being a particular favorite for both relaxation and fun. We also enjoyed the nightly fountain show, which was spectacular and added such a nice touch to our evenings. What really stood out is that we never felt the need to leave the property—everything we wanted was there, from entertainment to dining to leisure activities. We had a great time and are already looking forward to our next visit! Highly recommend this resort for anyone seeking a complete vacation experience without ever needing to venture outside!

Overpriced and Overcrowded
⭐️⭐️ Beautiful Resort, But Everything Is Overpriced and Overcrowded I just returned from Bahamar and unfortunately, this trip was a disappointment. I spent $6,600 for just 3.5 days, including my room charge, and honestly, it did not feel worth it. Everything at the resort is wildly overpriced — from food and drinks to activities. Even the pool experience was frustrating. Every decent chair near the pools costs money to reserve, or you’re stuck in the back, packed in with crowds and no space to relax. The beach was another letdown. It’s impossible to unwind with constant vendors walking up and down trying to sell excursions, hair braiding, or other services. It completely takes away from the atmosphere of what should be a luxury resort. Bahamar is a beautiful property, but it has really gone downhill. For the amount of money they charge, you expect peace, comfort, and service — not chaos and constant upselling. It’s a shame, because it has so much potential to be amazing again.
