Anthia provided outstanding service. Her attentiveness, friendliness, and efficiency made the experience memorable. From start to finish, she ensured that everything ran smoothly and offered excellent recommendations. The overall dining experience was greatly enhanced by her professionalism and genuine care. Friendly and relaxing
Everything you want in one place! Great experience starting with our check in, Martique was wonderful and she provided us with all the useful information to get us acclimated with the property. The beach staff, the Espa team, the golf shop (you definitely need to play Royal Blue), the bar staff (must go to The Manor Bar and see Jeffery and the fellas) and everyone in between were so nice, friendly and helpful.

Keep in mind it is a resort. That being said it's like they marked up everything by 400%. There is a small market just off resort property to buy essential things.

Better than I expected.
I was extremely nervous about staying here after reading reviews, but my experience was great. The room was beautiful and comfortable. Although I would have preferred a better view of the ocean, I was overall satisfied with the accommodations. The staff on the property was very friendly and personable, contrary to the reviews I read before arrival. This is a family-friendly property, featuring seven pools with access to the adjacent hotel's (SLS) pools, including a water park. There is also a flamingo sanctuary and aviary. In addition, there are several restaurants and shops to enjoy.
