Like trying to sleep inside a club
Horrible experience. Currently here, it is 2:30 in the morning and haven’t slept at all due to an insanely loud club/party with screaming and nonstop music. Called front desk since it has been hours of this and was told “nothing they can do” cause it is music from off property. Do not come here if you want a peaceful/restful vacation. So disappointing.

Nice family resort
Beautiful resort, great food options, beaches and pools lovely, little pricey, comps at casinos are very low. Resort starts at Grand Hyatt, then goes to SLS and then Rosewood $$$$. Just a lovely upscale resort and we loved the newness compared to Atlantis. Will definitely go back-and hope they have some future casino offers

Just so-so...
Prices too high. Drinks were inconsistent. Some were good and others not so much! Rooms were very clean and nice! Restaurants were hard to get a reservation for and super expensive. I enjoyed the casino! The bartenders and dealers were not that friendly. I probably would not go back by choice.

Venias was the best server at our cabana. Food was good, service better. Nice to have your own space if it gets busy. Would come back.

Beautiful property and great check in experience
Wonderful check in experience! Super helpful and quick. They were all able to provide us with a room upgrade upon check in with the guest of honor pass.
