Hair in food.
Had breakfast at The Swimming Pig. Ordered scrambled eggs. After 15 minutes eggs arrived with about a six inch black hair in eggs. Waiter took plate back to kitchen. We waited another 15 minutes and new plate was delivered. Found piece of gold foil like material in this serving. Returned them again to waiter. Manager came and apologized to use. Didn’t eat the eggs. Was still charged full price for the breakfast. What a money hungry place. Will never stay there again.

Stay away at all cost
I rarely write negative reviews, but this stay at the Grand Hyatt Baha Mar was so underwhelming that I feel obligated to warn others. First, the room was nothing like expected. We were given what was described as an “ocean view,” yet the reality was a parking lot view with barely any glimpse of water. The room itself felt dated, lackluster, and poorly equipped for a resort of this caliber and price point. Basic amenities were missing upon check-in: • No bottled water • No mini bar • No ice bucket The noise level was unacceptable—constant loud music, banging, and hallway noise that traveled straight through the walls. Rest was nearly impossible. Room service was another major disappointment. Our order took over 1.5 hours, arrived cold, flavorless, and frankly inedible, and was served in cardboard boxes with no plates or proper presentation. This is not what anyone expects from a luxury resort charging premium rates. Overall, the experience felt poorly managed and not guest-focused. The property is large and visually impressive from afar, but the actual guest experience falls far short. For the price, there are far better luxury options in the Bahamas that deliver on service, comfort, and value. I would not stay here again and would not recommend this property to travelers seeking a true upscale or luxury experience.

Great Experience
The resort is beautiful and offers a variety of entertainment, food, pool, casino and spa options. I have stayed here 3 years in a row and each time has been amazing. Highly recommend!
