perfect getaway for families
we had the best time at baha mar. the water park was perfect for all ages. my 2 year old loved the turtle beach slides, my 5 year old loved those and stingray cove and is almost tall enough for the dueling riptide slides and is so excited to try them next time. they loved the flamingos and aviary. staff was so nice. was impressed how often the bathrooms by pools were clean. ty cam the man and terrance at marcus. will definitely be back!

Do NOT Check In Online !!!!!
We are frequent guests of the hotel due to our jobs This time we checked in online via the Hyatt App for a four night stay and the process was acknowledged as completed. We arrrived very late due to delayed flights and was told we were “No Shows”, we are charged for the stay and our rooms were no longer available. AND they are sold out. After “much” discussions, they finally found two rooms at a much higher price… they told us they would waive the No Show fee, but they did not. The shift manager finally admitted that this property does NOT accept or acknowledge the online check in via the Hyatt App. We were adamant about how is a customer is suppose to know this. The front staff looked at each other and literally shrugged their shoulders with zero concern. The check out was not as promised but by then, nothing surprised us.

Good time at baha mar
We had a good time at the baha mar grand hyatt. While quite often we had mediocre custoemr service, there were certain individuals who were amazing! Those in particular were: Brian at regatta breakfast buffet, Lynden at regatta breakfast buffet, Theo omelette station regatta breakfast buffet, Myiesha Hepburn - regatta breakfast buffet, Rashan moss regatta breakfast buffet at hostess, Marsha at Cleo, Sameke at carna, Edwin at Shuang Ba, Martiqua - front desk during checkout. These individuals constantly went above and beyond for us, they made our trip significantly better!

Helpful check in process
Check in process was so easy with Martiqua! It is a large property with so MANY things to do, activities, pools, restaurants etc! Our first time here & Martiqua was so helpful, patient & really took the time to set us up for an excellent vacation.
