Martiqua was AMAZING. She took care of us from the start and made us feel right at home. I was dying for an ocean view room and to be close to my friend and she accommodated both with no issues. I am so lucky to have worked with her! Such a great start to the trip!

Incredible service
You absolutely have to go to Carna and get seated with Anson and Marcian. They were amazing and took incredible care of my girlfriend and I. Also, get room service and ask for Varlisa Pritchard because she is so lovely and made our morning.

Beautiful Hotel
Davanthia at the front desk was lovely and super helpful!! Tanaj also deserves a shout out for being kind. The atmosphere and amenities were wonderful, rooms were beautiful. Value of the rooms were worth it but the value of the food and drinks were way over priced. The service at some of the restaurants was very slow. Starbucks...slow. Pizza Lab food and service was great. Cleanliness was good. Location was great and close to the airport.

Great, easy, short trip for 2
Great trip to the Hyatt Baha mar. Stayed in the east tower on the ninth floor. Selene Miller at the front desk did a great job checking us into a room that was ready early for our short trip so we could get to the beach. Very good king room, but note that the bathroom is all see-through glass walls, if you’re into that kind of thing. Would love an ocean facing room next time we come, but fountain view is just fine, esp for the music and fountains show at night. Took advantage of the kosher offerings on site, and there’s no where else that does it so well. Everything food related is expensive in the Bahamas, including the full service kosher packages over the weekend at Cinko. But the convenience and ambiance can’t be found anywhere else in a non-tour or group setting. In fact, the pricing for individual items at the kosher establishments are all the same price as the other stores (suggest cafe Madeline for breakfast, and knosh for lunch). It was a great stay. Would definitely come again for a quick trip, or longer.

Bahamar is the best
