10/10 Excellent Service!
I spent a couple of days at this property with my family and the moment we arrived, the staff were super nice and accommodating. Especially, Miguel the Bellman!! He went above and beyond, even staying after his shift to help us sort through a minor hiccup. He provided the same exceptional service from start to finish, ensuring that we enjoy our time. The hotel rooms were beautiful, modern and clean. And we couldn’t get enough of the all-inclusive activities! I will be back!

Not worth the price
Pros- - Beautiful property - great food options - spacious, super clean rooms - fun water park Cons - and they do outweigh the pros - Pice- i felt the room was priced at a decent price point - but everything else was crazy expensive. I get a resort market up, but this was a lot. - $30 for one cheeseburger and soda at the water park - $45 for two hot dogs - dinner for two - without drinks - easily $250+ and this is not ordering anything crazy -$35 for a 6 ounce of spray sun block - $7.50 for a Diet Coke with more ice than drink - Staff -are disgruntled and seem annoyed even before you approach them. I don’t think i have been to a place in recent memory that had such a morale problem. - Pools - If you aren’t willing to buy a chair or cabana - good luck finding a seat. I would say that staff would help you - but they honestly don’t care. One even told me day seats were booked for the day - only to find them online and available.

Absolutely horrible!
The rooms are rundown, showers leak with smelly water. The hotel staff acts like you’re an absolute nuisance. Horrible customer service. Overpriced food with very low quality.

Staff experience
We love Antia at the drift bar! I literally would walk from the beach to order from her. She dealt with my child’s allergies perfectly, which made the time here even better than we expected. She should be moved inside because the desk staff was horrible. She is a great addition to your team.
