Misleading Benefits, Disrespectful Staff, and Extremely Disappointing Service
Extremely disappointing experience. During check-in, the front desk explicitly told us that, as Hyatt Discoverist members, we were entitled to complimentary breakfast, a $100 nightly credit, and a $50 beverage benefit, and even provided a printed document listing those benefits. However, at checkout, the staff completely denied those benefits and attempted to charge us. Only after we strongly argued was breakfast removed from the bill. Even worse was the attitude from the front desk staff. Instead of professionally resolving the issue, we felt mocked and looked down upon for questioning charges that their own staff had previously confirmed. The experience felt disrespectful and discriminatory. Service was also poor overall. We requested extra towels from housekeeping, but they were never delivered before checkout. The hotel’s inconsistent communication, lack of accountability, and unprofessional behavior seriously damaged our trust in Hyatt. Very disappointing experience.

Stellar Experience at Bahamar
From the rooms to restaurants, the pools to beach to water park, the bars to casino floor, I had the most amazing vacation experience! Bahamar provides friendly, courteous, and stellar customer service in all areas: casino, pools, beaches, restaurants, housekeeping, valet, bell, etc. I was treated as part of the family by all employees. If you want to be pampered while having fun, this is your destination.
