Atlantis customer service crisis
Awful service the staff is under friendly. That is a huge put off. Customer service training is needed. Our 2 bedroom suite- no hot water. Manager did nothing. The water park is the only reason to go here, I would rather spend the money at the four season.save our self the displeasure you encounter if you stay here. Buy a day only if go to the Atlantis to use there pool for the kids. Otherwise you’re on your own and good luck.

Great family vacation with amazing food and fun for all!
Resort was fantastic for pay overall. People talk about the cost of food, but vs an All Inclusive at a higher end family resort, the total cost of our room, food and drinks was better at Atlantis and the facilities were significantly better. The restaurants were amazing too and with the right balance of high end vs family focused pricing - you can have a great experience at the right price.

Fun for the whole family but still very nice
The Atlantis is a true fun for the whole family place. Our room had a kitchen which came in handy for breakfast. Our experience at the Bath Cabanas was great. Davano was very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.

A perfect beach experience!
The location of the Reef is perfect, slightly off the busy area of the resort and right on the most beautiful beach of the resort. Absolutely stunning!

Family trip
We traveled with a total of 21 people and we were all very pleased with our entire stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and never seemed put off by our large group. We would definitely return.
