Reviews for SLS Baha Mar
Service got even better.
This is our second time at the SLS and overall, a better experience than the first. We have found service to be better overall than our last trip here and our last trip at the Reef in Atlantis, especially at the Baha Bay club. We opted for a superior suite and our daily service has been perfect. Florida Mae who took care of our room during our stay, ensured we had everything we needed, including stocking us up on water so that we did not have to request more. A small detail, but critical with a family including two kids. Room was spotless every day as well. We would definitely return and would hope for the same level of service next time around.

9th time visiting!
Always friendly and on top of everything. Charles at the Baha Bay Beach Club and 25° North is a gentleman and a great server. Him and the team remember us every time we come, which this was our 9th time visiting! The hotel grounds are clean, spacious and a million fun things to do. Will always highly recommend.

Every morning we were welcomed with big smiles from Jada and Daisy at Cleo for our breakfast. The food is delicious! Thank you girls for making your guests feel welcome

Dining at Carna was an experience
We dined at Carna two nights while staying at the resort. We had the best food and service!!! Anaw and Marcian were both truly amazing with their world class service. They gave us the right amount of attention, we had meaningful conversation and they provided wonderful insight into the Bahamian culture. It was about so much more than just dinner out, it was an experience. Great job, Carna!!
