Great for couples and families
This was a very lovely resort. It was very extensive and well designed. I only wish they told us everything that was available when we checked in. We didn’t realize it was a lot of things until the last day. However, Renisha, our check-in lady was very nice to send a complementary bottle of champagne to our room for our anniversary. Also, Sarah, the Concierge works in magic to get us into some restaurants, even though they were full. All in all a great day and we would consider coming back. Just be aware that the restaurants and drinks are very expensive.

Service got even better.
This is our second time at the SLS and overall, a better experience than the first. We have found service to be better overall than our last trip here and our last trip at the Reef in Atlantis, especially at the Baha Bay club. We opted for a superior suite and our daily service has been perfect. Florida Mae who took care of our room during our stay, ensured we had everything we needed, including stocking us up on water so that we did not have to request more. A small detail, but critical with a family including two kids. Room was spotless every day as well. We would definitely return and would hope for the same level of service next time around.

9th time visiting!
Always friendly and on top of everything. Charles at the Baha Bay Beach Club and 25° North is a gentleman and a great server. Him and the team remember us every time we come, which this was our 9th time visiting! The hotel grounds are clean, spacious and a million fun things to do. Will always highly recommend.
