Reviews for SLS Baha Mar
Overpriced and Overrated
For our stay 7 days 6 nights family of 3 totaled out at $14300 for a basic 450sf room King Superior with balcony. Hotel room with fees $1575/night. Airfare $1,600. Food $3,200. Accommodations were average. Food was average. Grounds average. Beach average. Employees were nice. Service was ok. Was irritating to get water bottles refilled in hotel. Have to walk outside a distance to fill. Loud music playing outside at 11 pm or later was irritating. Beach, pools, amenities and restaurants were overcrowded. Some but not all food prices were laughably high priced. In one restaurant a steak was $145. Giving $15,000 to a charity would have been more satisfying.

You’re staff is the sh$t!
Mac, Tino and James (aka jimbo) made our trip! We had an unexpected wonderful weather day and thought that would be the end of our experience on a short vacation, but then they seem to understand that this was a life-changing vacation and elevate everything that we could imagine with a wonderful culinary experience they were both informative and flexible on all of our requests and incredibly responsive more than anything. They seem to be genuinely happy and enthusiastic about ensuring that our experience was the best that we could possibly hope for it I couldn’t recommend having them at our next event more.
