Meals,drinks with beautiful seaviews.

8 wonderful nights our room was massive and the bathroom has a real bath, also a separate shower, the bench is large enough for all your toiletries. 4 bottles of water a day, 2 coffee,2 creamers,2 tea bags. A mini fridge you can stock yourself. Best off all is the service and staff at the restaurant, always happy to serve you and you can practice your Thai with them. Meals and drinks are great, especially with seaviews and breezes. The pool is the biggest we have ever seen, plenty of sun lounges for everyone and a pool bar.

Natai Beach Resort - May 2024

We were sold this through Luxury Escapes, pool access room with partial board, ie Breakfast and either lunch or dinner. Breakfast, nothing special, lunch and dinner options were limited by our package option, what was on there was fresh, well cooked and presented. Our concerns, which we did not appreciate at the time of booking is there is nothing to do outside the resort, it is approx 4-5 km from Klok Kloi, a taxi trip. The resort does not exchange cash, so off to KK. The beach is good, possibly a bit dangerous on change of tide but lovely at low and ebb tide. Sunset views are great, it is on the Andaman sea so looking west - next stop Sri Lanka.

Beautiful hotel

We stayed here for 10 days, me my partner and 16 month old. Such a beautiful resort it looks amazing from when you walk into it they have made it look stunning right on the beach, you can walk from the pool to the beach with plenty of sunbeds to lay on. The pool is a warm temperature and even has a small kids pool. The room we picked was a duplex room which was so spacious and perfect for us having a pushchair an amazing room with a balcony, room was perfectly air conditioned considering the very humid temperatures. Room was cleaned and fresh towels everyday couldn’t fault any of the staff, so so friendly and efficient. Only thing I would say it was quite a distance from where a lot of restaurants and bars are in patong or Phuket centre. We did take taxis there and back which did take an hour there and hour back which was costly if you did it often (£60 there and back). It’s a perfect hotel if you want to be away from all the loud atmosphere, very peaceful and quiet. We did decide to stay down in patong for 2 nights as the trips we wanted to do was cheaper to get picked up there. Also would say the restaurant in the hotel is quite expensive compared to out of the hotel, there is a seafood restaurant just up the beach from it which was more than half what we paid there but again not a whole lot around it. They did offer taxi services at the hotel to take you everywhere but we found it cheaper on grab and most the taxi drivers you get will offer to take you there and back and give you a price. But overall such a beautiful hotel and everything about it was amazing. Not much in the evening very quiet nothing really going on and having no bar kind of lets it down a bit (only has a swim up pool bar and a restaurant), think could do with a bit more going on in the evening. Breakfast is decent nothing amazing but there’s buffet option. But if you like a nice relaxing holiday this is perfect.

A resort for all

Stayed here for 8 nights as we needed to be close to a wedding venue in the natai area. At this resort expect local charm in a rather quiet , secluded area of Phuket . Ideal for those wanting some peace and quiet from the crowds and city. The pool and beach were the highlight for us but In genera this hotel needs some serious TLC and it’s definitely not a 5 star Special mention to Gina, isha, nut and wish for exceptional hospitality. I definitely recommend this resort but maybe for a few nights only.

Great for families-4* rather than 5*

Some of the rooms are a bit pit of date. The breakfast isnt great but okay. Besch is very nice. Pool is actually quite perfect for kids! Plus the pool bar has a happy hour 2for1 special around sunset-perfect! The restaurant is a bit expensive but there are local options close by. Staff was vers nice and helpful. „Gym“ is a joke-there is no gym. „Playroom“ is also a bit of a strech. The private pools didnt look very appealing-the big pool is fine! All in all more than we were expecting so its a thumbs up!
