The unmatchable magic of The Imperial
After my family and I had being almost one year as guests at the Imperial, I can say that very few places can do the magic The Imperial does: it offered us excellence, sophistication, charm, refinement, elegance, uniqueness and the highest level of professionalism in a perfect and unforgettable family atmosphere. I've never felt staying or - at the end of the day - going to "a hotel", but I always had the feeling of staying and going to "The Imperial", "to home". Every time we were greeted "Welcome Home" at the driveway, at the reception, at the concierge, at the restaurants, in the corridors, at the gym, at the spa, at the swimming pool, everywhere, we really felt at home. The smiles and looks were always candid, spontaneous. At The Imperial, everything comes from the heart. That is the magic there. I have never seen this in other places and, modestly, I have travelled a lot. This magic did not happen once in a while, such as in the arrival or in certain events. No, at The Imperial, I have witnessed that magic 24/7, every day, at every encounter with the lovely people who work there, for almost one year, consistently. They strive to make your stay special, exceptional and unforgettable. Consistency, a careful and professional one, is not for everyone. At The Imperial, I felt that there is a soul, a bright one. Hotels in Delhi, unfortunately, lost theirs for a number of reasons. That is not the case of The Imperial. I am extremely grateful - and this come from my heart as well - for the many incomparable and unforgettable experiences, memories and bonds that all of you at The Imperial gave me. We will always come back. Actually, we feel we never left.

A brilliant experience
It was a brilliant experience and the people are very helpful and polite. The food and pool was specially an amazing experience. Pardeep, the pool instructor, specially assisted us very well.
