lovely hotel
We had a fabulous stay at the Imperial! Everything was wonderful, from the staff to the rooms to the spa to the restaurants. The only opportunity for improvement would be to increase air purification/filtration inside - we were there during really bad air quality days and you could see and smell the pollution inside the hotel. There are also a lot of areas where doors to the outdoors didn't seal well (like in the 1911 restaurant breakfast room). We did notice that the spa had air purifiers that were really helpful!

Unforgettable
It was a family trip and everything was simply wonderful. Every member of the staff helped make our stay truly unforgettable. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the restaurants are excellent, creating an atmosphere that is truly enchanting. A stay we will cherish forever.

Very nice hotel
The building is beautiful and situated in a nice area. The staff are very polite and helpful. We especially enjoyed the warm welcome in the club lounge where we had lunch and snacks at cocktail hour. Diner at 1911 was also nice and we had a lovely waiter. Our room was very nice too and included all the amenities that we needed. It was a very pleasant stay.
