Impeccable Imperial
Superb experience from beginning to end. This was our third time over twenty years at The Imperial and it seems to get better each time. Something new for us this time was the Imperial Lounge, where Shreya looked after us impeccably during high tea and the cocktail area.

Amazing trip to Delhi
We absolutely loved our time at The Imperial from start to finish! We arrived after a long car ride to an absolute welcoming environment. Our room was ready and beautiful. we had spa appointments later that were fantastic and relaxing. All of these were arranged the day before by concierge to perfection. The location couldn’t of been better and the concierge arranged an amazing guide for us. We had dinner at the Spice Route all three nights, it had an amazing menu and the food was incredible along with service. On our last night we had a beautiful farewell cake given to us. Made such an impression as the staff we so kind and made us feel special. Our check out was what impressed us the most, we had a 3:15am flight and when leaving the hotel after our last dinner at 10:45pm the hotel had a staff member awaiting us at the airport to seamlessly get in and through all areas up to the security. This was so appreciated as airports can be confusing. This is next level in service and the best we have ever received from a hotel. This is saying a lot as we have stayed in some amazing 5 star hotels. If we were ever to return to Delhi we would absolutely stay here again.

A wonderful stay and a beautiful historic hotel
A wonderful hotel with warm friendly and professional staff. It is a great location with a superb spa, yoga facilities and pool. One note of caution is the air quality in Delhi - it is truly appalling and can make you feel very ill. Asthma sufferers should avoid at all costs. It also regularly impacts flights.
