Bharti, from lounge really helped me a lot. She’s a lovely and a couteous person who is good with her guest relations skills. The Imperial, New Delhi is one of the best hotels in India. The victorian ambience and the luxurious architecture is to die for!

The most beautiful hotel
This is the most beautiful hotel in a great location, and the staff are incredible. It is clean, the beds are super comfortable, and it has a fabulous atmosphere. Lots of food choices. The walls of the hotel are covered with late 17th- and early 19th-century Indo-European art, Paintings, and lithographs, as well as historical objects. It is worth taking time to wander through the hotel and take it all in.

Our stay at The Imperial Delhi was everything we hoped it would be - luxury and excellent service. Staff were very helpful, efficient and friendly. A very special place to stay.
