Historical Hotel With Attentive Service
What a pleasure to stay at this historical hotel. The decor felt like you were living in the 1920’s but without the stuffiness. We were probably put in their “worse” room, meaning it was small, it faced the entrance point of the hotel, because of that the window shades had to be closed 100% , but despite that we found our stay very pleasant and comfortable. Rooms was not noisy and we spent the bulk of our day outside. Maybe we could’ve requested another room but we are not fussy and in the end we found the staff very engaging and accommodating. Good karma did bless us later as Oberoi Amarvillas in Agra, who upgraded us without asking a dead on view of the Taj with wrap around balcony!! But back to the Imperial, very warm and friendly beautifully historically tastefully decorated stay even with the smallest room, that says a lot!!!

Amazing Ambience and great Staff
I visited the hotel with my partner. The Ambience was great and most of all the service was excellent. Aman made us feel like home. Aman made our evening very special and he truly knows how to make the guests comfortable.

I planned a date for my partner in san Gimignano. Food was superb and i truly appreciate the effort—people like Sujal Tyagi make experiences special. Highly recommended!

A real luxury experience
This felt like a true luxury experience. The whole hotel was beautiful, and the works of art like visiting a gallery. We were treated like royalty, and welcomed by staff whenever we passed by them. Food was excellent. We will definitely return. I had yoga lessons with Devender, he was a great teacher.
