The service in the lounge is exceptional the lounge assistant Shreya and the lounge manager Shalini provide fantastic hospitality and pander to your every. Extremely knowledgeable and professional.

Best hotel in Delhi
We really enjoyed relaxing at the hotel! The pool was very nice and we also had a great time at the lounge drinking fresh juices that the children loved and trying different foods. Especially the service from Shreya at the lounge was wonderful very friendly and she was very helping. She is a true gem to the hotel I would definitely say. We can highly recommend to stay at this wonderful historic hotel.

A Honeymoon Highlight
We had the most wonderful stay at The Imperial as part of our honeymoon. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional—three staff members greeted us with a congratulatory cake and a beautiful bouquet of red roses, and we were generously offered a room upgrade. Check-in was seamless and our room was both elegant and comfortable, perfectly blending modern amenities with the hotel’s old-world charm. The hotel itself is full of history and character. We loved exploring the incredible collection of artwork with Neha, who brought the hotel’s heritage to life, and enjoyed a drink in the atmospheric Hardinge Bar before a delicious supper at Spice Route. (The curries were excellent, though the restaurant was a little chilly the evening we dined.) The facilities are second to none—the spa is the best we’ve experienced in India, the gym is extremely well equipped, and the pool service is outstanding. Staff anticipate everything, from offering towels and refreshments to sun hats and even sunblock, making it a truly relaxing experience. Breakfast at 1911 was another highlight—we were fortunate to be seated at “Table 14,” famously reserved for Mahatma Gandhi. In terms of value for money, The Imperial really stands out among 5-star hotels. The location is unbeatable, the staff go above and beyond, and the experience feels both luxurious and welcoming. We left feeling deeply cared for and will remember this stay as one of the most special parts of our honeymoon.
