This is one of the best hotels in the world! Whether the reception, the bell boys, the restaurant stsff or the young ladies continental lounge, they are all special. Special call out to the imperial lounge ladies. Exceptional attention and service!!

Luxurious accomodations
This hotel is amazining. Warm, welcoming and helpful staff. Beautiful, comfortable and functional room with very nice toiletries in the bathroom. Breakfast had a terrific array of foods and quite a few very healthy options. Liked the Italian restaurant the best. Wish we had had time to go on the tour as they apparently have some great works of art. Also wish we had brought bathing suits. I believe the pool is heated although it was quite cool out. Wished we were staying there longer.
