Beautiful Hotel with Wonderful Colonial Influence and Service
Exquisite, stunning, breathtaking, palatial, regal, opulent, elegant, prestigious, and grand are just a few of the adjectives that come to mind when describing The Imperial Hotel. We were blown away by the beauty of the hotel as we explored its many corridors, lounge areas, and restaurants. The chandelier-lit hallways decorated with India art sculptures and paintings representing India’s culture and history were a delight. The staff was very professional and attentive to our needs. We loved the iconic doormen wearing the hotel’s historical, colonial-era attire. The service was excellent and we were especially impressed with the concierge service that helped us out many times. Our Grand Heritage Room was very spacious, comfortable, and included a large sitting area. We very much enjoyed our dinner and the ambiance at The Spice Room, one of the hotel’s three restaurants. Everything about our stay at The Imperial Hotel was excellent. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to live, dine, and be treated like a VIP for a day.

Nothing left to chance!
When I write this type of a review I usually try and think of what I didn't like and go from there.On this occasion I am drawing a complete blank.Having never been to India before I wasn't sure what to expect.The Imperial delivered in spades.Helping us arrange trains to and from the Tal Mahal(Agra) and helping us with guides all along the way. A great experience and to Habeeb who went above and beyond ,Namaste 🙏

Where every stay is a story in itself…..
We use to come usually but our experience always is best , best attended by all staff in all departments. We were with our group of friends and all them were amazed and if tripadvisor lets us to write every visit we love to write fevery visit but we are happy to write every 3 months and we enjoy every time better and better thanx The Imperail thanx all staff and we will be back soon …
