Disappointing
PLUS: No leaks or faulty switches. Decent shower. All the basics provided—iron, dryer, robe and such. Outstanding breakfast spread. Connectivity to the Mall is a huge plus. MINUS: The toilet closet had no bolt. The entire bathroom had no bolt. Which was extremely uncomfortable, no matter who you were staying with. Complete lack of privacy in the loo.; which I've never experienced before. I was told that all bathrooms in this hotel are boltless, and the only option is to pay twice the tariff and take a two-bedroom suite. The windows, which promised "a lovely view of the Rajokri Greens" were cloudy from grime. The wooden cabinets and drawers needed polish. The reception staff picked up the phone after multiple tries, and even the hotel's management, when contacted, did not have the courtesy of a reply or follow-up. And for the kind of money we paid, one didn't expect simple Nescafe pouches for coffee...all in all, one felt gypped.

Luxury on Business
Luxurious rooms. The full bath and L-sofa sold it for me. The steam room wasn't working when I was there but the hot tub felt amazing. They also have a full gym with friendly attendants. The pool is only 4 ft all around but it's got a good length. The convention halls are well lit and the food was improved after feedback was given on day 1.

Ms Sonal’s professionalism and her services truly enhanced my stays on a regular basis . The accommodations were luxurious, and the dining options were great. Stay amazing
Thanks to each & everyone, Lella & ambience hotel stay is awesome. Specially thanks to Harshmani & Harender from housekeeping. Rooms are spacious & cozy. Swimming pool are so relaxful. We will come back soon as soon as possible in this property in Gurgaon.
