My stay was absolutely wonderful. The hospitality was exceptional, and I truly felt welcomed and at home. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Seems Inexperienced Commis are running the show and the chef d partie is roaming around because of which the soup was lousy, over salted, besides too costly for the quality and when replaced, had Hardly any chicken in it?! The club sandwich too was very hard on palette. The bacon, cheese, tomato as well as the chicken were dry. The whole portion was cold and the bread was dry and hard as explained above. We had to somehow swallow it with Tabasco and tomato ketchup while the attendants were very much told about our feelings for the food and one of the chefs around was told that it is an honest feedback, not seeking any compensation whatsoever!! All in all, a pretty bad experience for the huge sum paid with no pull factor to come back again in future as it was actually a No Value for Money!! Lovely place located in one of the best neighborhoods in Delhi and close to the tourist attractions. Awesome staff and food options. The infinity pool and spa are also great to relax. Tong and Lanu at the spa are great for a deep tissue massage.

This hotel was simply outstanding – I have absolutely nothing to criticize. The service is truly world-class, and the staff are warm, professional, and always willing to help. The food was unbelievably delicious – even for us coming from Europe, every meal was a real delight. The interior design is beautiful and refined, creating an atmosphere of luxury and comfort. Without a doubt, this was the best hotel we stayed at during our entire trip to India. I can wholeheartedly recommend it, especially for international travelers – the team here will go above and beyond, doing everything to make your stay unforgettable.

Our relationship with the Leela chain goddess back many years.. We have lived and enjoyed many Leela properties and have always come with experiences richer than can be put in words. This experience however was not perfect to begin with. The entrance area of the hotel is so narrow and congested that not even two cars can be there at the porch. Even worse, no one came to pick up the luggage from our car and instead the car was taken straight to valet parking ! This when we had so many important stuff in our car as we were travelling with an infant. We then had to call the bell desk and get the luggage. Even then they forgot a big bag kept in the front car seat..0/10 for the bell desk and entrance area experience. The check in process was smooth and reminiscent of the famous Leela warmth and hospitality. There were no welcome drinks or anything but things were taken care of quickly. We got upgraded from a club room to an executive suite as we had booked through Amex FHR. The bad bit was that the second room was not provided till 3.15 PM when the stipulated check in time was 2 PM. This they said was because they wanted to give us nearby rooms. The suite had two washroom so we were okay. The executive suite was a stunning room. Very spacious and had a large living room. Two minibars and a very comfortable large bed. There was a constant drilling sound in the room that didn't go away despite multiple complaints.. Finally Mr Ashish from the front office tried to put an end to the renovation work but it didn't. He was very kind and did give us a discount on our incidentals which was nice. The club room was the highlight of the stay.. incredible food, ambience, warm staff and outstanding tea. There was dinner also so that meant we were set for the stay with regards to food. In room dining was mostly miss and few hits.. The food was very oily and not that tasty. Definitely expected better. Mr Ashish from the from office, Mr Ashish, Anmol from in room dining, Ms. Sonam (thank you for the dino plush toy), and Ayush from the AC repair wing.. left no stone unturned to make it a memorable stay, and it was. We will be back very soon.. as should you !
