Stay in Luxury, and treated like Family
Our time at the Leela was so fantastic, I now couldn't stay anywhere else in Delhi. If you're on the fence about staying in a luxury hotel, the Leela truly goes above and beyond what you would expect. Yes, it is a stunning and beautiful building, but it was how the staff treated us that really impressed me. Always keen to help, friendly and welcoming. We were greeted by two members of staff at the airport when we landed, and staff who were super helpful included Desh Raj at the [fabulous] pool; Sani of the door staff who took time to play with our daughter; Manipal at the Concierge desk and Tammana from housekeeping were all fantastic. Also the lady from room service who brought us breakfast on our last day at 5 am, was so kind and helpful. Apologies if I have made any spelling mistakes! Also have to highlight the outstanding housekeeping team - we were there with a 2 year old but each and every time the housekeeping team waved a magic wand and kept our room immaculate. She also loved the gorgeous cuddly toys she was gifted. Other reviews can give more detail regarding amenities etc., but my review aims to highlight the utterly brilliant staff, who truly made us feel welcome and looked after. Stay at the Leela and I promise you will have a wonderful experience.

Best concierge service ever!
The concierge of the Leela Palace, Dolly, turned a disaster into joy with her efficiency and kindness. After the airline list our luggage, my stepmother and I were left without clothing as we prepared to board the Maharaja Express. Dolly not only helped us get one of our bags, she and the hotel provided the two of us a set of new clothes! The entire staff, especially Dolly and the bell captain, Umesh, worked diligently to restore our vacation. The hotel was beautiful, but the real beauty was in the fantastic staff!

Had a stunning dinner at Le Cirque. The staff was so incredibly attentive and the food was delightful. We look forward to dining there again.

Excellent Japanese restaurant 🩷
It was an amazing experience ‼️I , a Japanese from Tokyo, didn’t expect such a perfect Japanese food in India. Great atmosphere with very friendly staff especially Sonu. My husband and I had a wonderful time at Megu ❤️
