Wonderful hotel and service. Management and communication not so good.
A beautiful, well located hotel in the heart of Chanakyapuri. The service was top notch with delightful breakfast and creative evening cocktails. A special shoutout to Mani who helped out throughout the stay and arranged private cars and also packed a breakfast to go box for an early flight. He put my mid at rest for a female solo traveler and made sure my trip was seamless. The only complaint is the management. I had booked the club room and received an email the day before (after the cancellation period) that club access was not available due to renovation. My room was assigned to the fourth floor even though club rooms are higher up and I had to request a change. Also, the food during happy hour ran out early and there were no refills. Other than for the undesirable club experience the overall stay was good. Would not recommend upgrading to a club room as it seems the amenities are unpredictable.

The Leela palace is a truly stunning hotel with a colonial vibe and beautiful flowers in reception and every floor .. This is 7 or 8 th time at Leela palace and every time you feel very fresh and warm welcome.. Decor is very good .always a marvellous experience at start of our trip in Delhi … The staff from gate to housekeeper and restaurant and Specialy Joli he is face of the hotel.. The staff Leisan ,Kabi , sourav and some And Ashtha at check in time they all were good thank you for making our stay very comfortable… Food was super good at hotel as well Always highly recommend

Library Bar
My friends and I had a great time at The Library Bar in The Leela Palace. The place has a beautiful and cozy vibe, perfect for a relaxed evening. I tried their signature cocktail Pablo Picasso, which was amazing! It was recommended by our server Astitva, who was super helpful and friendly. The drink was made by bartender Bharat, and he did a fantastic job it was one of the best cocktails I’ve ever had. Great service, great atmosphere, and a truly memorable drink. Highly recommend visiting if you’re in Delhi!

We are at the Japanese restaurant Megu. Arin was our waitress, and we’ve had an amazing experience! Great food, great service. Doesn’t come at a cheap price though. All in all, would recommend!
