Warm, welcoming, perfect service
The Leela is perfection from the moment the car door is opened to the moment your car pulls away. The attentive and intuitive staff greets you with gracious warmth. Check in is an experience in hospitality with no detail omitted. There were two dozen roses waiting to greet us in our well appointed, tastefully decorated room. The linens and mattresses were luxurious with a menu of different pillows for sleeping styles. Sahib, the captain of our floor, made sure everything was to our every desire, our butler, Nitin, kept our room clean and refreshed. We used the laundry service which was fast and immaculate. The restaurants were superb, with the wait staff attentive in every way. I have stayed in five star hotels before and believe the staff at the Leela exceeds all others in the humble, caring service.
