The Leela Palace New Delhi

We spent 4 nites at this stunning hotel in January Everything was perfect : the room , the food, the service etc The service is unbelievable, never seen anything like that before and from every employee Would like to mention i had a pedicure manucure and Vinod gave me the best foot and leg massage i have ever had Also would like to mention the conciergeMr Singh (?) who came down to the street to explain us the way to go to Nehru park ( i strongly suggest to go there for a nice walk) We keep great memories of our stay at this fabulous hotel

I have recently returned from the most wonderful week at The Leela Palace Hotel, New Delhi. As a first introduction to India, I could not have picked a better venue as my home from home! The hotel is exquisitely run with stunning interiors and decor! The welcome I received on arrival was exceptional! My room was beautifully appointed, with all amenities one could wish for. I was assigned the most delightful and charming butler called Saquib, who looked after me so beautifully during my stay, with such care and thoughtfulness, making sure my visit was faultless! Every member of staff I encountered during my visit could not have been more polite, helpful and welcoming. Each individual went above and beyond to make sure I had the most memorable experience! The hotel restaurants were incredible, including the stunning Jamavar, providing exceptional Indian cuisine from every region, to Megu offering delicious and authentic Japanese culinary delights! The Library Bar was also a favourite destination in the evenings, where I was taken care of so beautifully by the manager and bar staff. The Spa was also a delightful haven, providing wonderful treatments by professional and caring therapists. The Concierge and Front Desk team were incredibly helpful in providing cars, drivers and a wonderful guide, named Manendra, whenever I needed them. Also, making suggestions of where I should visit. My lovely drivers included Yogesh, Sandeep, Vinod, Harish, Suresh and Sarita. A huge thank you to them all for their outstanding care and attention! On my departure from Delhi, I was greeted at the airport by two representatives from The Leela Palace, named Naresh and Ankit, who very kindly escorted me from the car to the check-in desk and on to security. They made sure I was safely handed over to the airside team, who then helped me through the final formalities. I very much appreciated this kind and gracious gesture on behalf of the hotel to organise my seamless departure! Thank you so much to all at The Leela Palace, New Delhi. I hope to return again soon!

This hotel is amazing from start to finish truely a great experience. The concierge organizing the itinerary which included a driver for the week and a car. It is without doubt that the driver whose name is Gurdev provided not only the best driving experience but was a perfect host for the complete week and without his assistance, perfection would not have been there. The hotel offers every facility and they cannot do enough for you. The food service is exemplary. The gymnasium is world class and the Massage facilities….and masseur Absolutely excellent.Chef Jolly provided perfection.
