The Leela Palace New Delhi

This hotel has the most amazing service. What an experience!! For example, I ate at The Qube restaurant and Isha and Rik gave me the best service I have ever had!! Plus, the food was excellent.

From the moment you enter the parking lot you are treated as a VIP. Many staff members are inside and outside to assure your every need is met. I was assigned a representative, Sonali, who took me to my room to assure that everything met my expectations and to answer any questions. She gave me her phone number and I could message her day and night and she would respond either instantly or within 1-2 minutes. The room and amenities were perfect. Everything is thought of in advance. The custom floral scent was equisite and was around every corner and in all the products. Bottles of water are abundant and lovely snacks awaited. Towels are soft and the shower and tub left me excited for my next bathing experience!!! I simply cannot say enough about this experience.

This hotel is truly a 5-star property. The entire hotel is gorgeous, from the lobby to the restaurants to the rooms. The windows must be triple-glazed, because we could not hear the ever-present horns from the street traffic. We went to the basement twice to use the ATM (accompanied by staff). The basement was so clean you could eat off the floor. We enjoyed seeing the behind-the-scenes activities there also. We highly recommend this beautiful and well-managed property.

Had an amazing experience. We went to Qube to celebrate our anniversary and the service we got was immaculate. Rik was amazing and executive Ankit made sure we were well looked after. Will definitely return back.
