Lobby Lounge - Quiet and Enjoyable
Was at the Lobby Lounge to meet a dear friend and the lounge provided a great venue (comfort, privacy and ambience). The service was impeccable and we were well looked after by Imli.

My recent breakfast experience at The Leela Palace New Delhi was nothing short of extraordinary, and a huge part of that is thanks to our wonderful server, Rik. From the moment we sat down, Rik welcomed us with such a warm approach that instantly set a relaxing and positive tone for the day. What truly stood out was how personalized his service was. He paid attention to all our preferences and made sure everything was exactly to our liking. Rik is genuinely very friendly, always checking in with a smile without being intrusive. He was also incredibly generous—whether it was offering fantastic localized recommendations, bringing out extra treats, or just being generous with his time and care to ensure we had the perfect morning. If you are dining at The Leela Delhi, I highly recommend asking for Rik. He truly exemplifies world-class hospitality!
