perfect hotel
The hotel is located in a convenient location. Very clean both in the rooms and in the hotel itself. Beautiful interior, pleasant customer-oriented staff. Delicious food in restaurants. Many thanks to butler Urvik, who quickly resolved all our issues. For example, order dinner to the room so that it is ready when we return. And other organizational issues were resolved quickly with his help. We lived in this hotel for two weeks, and everything was so perfect that we will come back here again.

This hotel was absolutely stunning, and if you get the chance, have Kranti drive you around. It's worth it for the non stop dad jokes alone 🤩. .........,,,,,......................................................................

Amazing Experience
I was at the Leela Palace New Delhi for two nights. I wanted to treat my wife to a nice hotel stay in Delhi. Coming from USA, with some research that I had done, we decided on this hotel. Needless to say that it was a great decision. The experience far exceeded my expectations in every realm. Check-in was quick and smooth. Arijit helped us and personally escorted us to the room. The rooms are phenomenal and loaded with luxury. Miss Mona Singh, who is in the guest relations department was amazing. She personally connected with us each day and insured that all our needs were met. In fact, she even introduced the chef Mr Jolly, who treated us to delicious “prathas”, complementing an already lavish breakfast. The service and attention to detail, by each staff member was par excellence. The spa was amazing. Greeted by Pooja, we had a masseuse with the name Mercy. She was wonderful. Overall, I would give the hotel seven stars and strongly recommend it.

Great hospitality
Food quality was excellent and the ambience very comforting. Our waiter Salman had met all our standards of hospitality. Their selection of wine was also perfect for all the various dishes presented. It was authentic Italian food which is great for events and special occasions.

The BEST hotel stay!!
This place is amazing and exceeded every expectation! They were so accommodating with every ask (including drivers around town) and the service is impeccable, especially Niang who delivered our room service and set up our VERY delicious meal. Would 10/10 recommend!!
