The Lodhi

Our short stay at the Lodhi was excellent and very comfortable. The hotel offers amenity rich and large rooms. The spa and breakfast are great too. Overall, the hotel is a good option for anyone looking to rest and recharge. It was a huge relief to have an air purifier in the room (very grateful to the hotel team since the air quality is Delhi was very poor during our visit).

I’ve stayed in several luxury hotels in Delhi over the years. The Lodhi was recommended by an Indian co-worker. The Lodhi is best enjoyed with a suite. The regular garden room was, for a luxury hotel, in fairly bad need of renovation. Stained tile, worn out mirrors, delaminating floors. A bathroom vanity that had very little room to put anything.. space for only 1 suitcase. I could go on. The breakfast was adequate for a luxury hotel, but I’ve seen much better at other luxury Delhi hotels. The layout of the hotel is disjointed and kind of hard to understand. The motif of the common areas are dated using dark colors, and again, appear to need renovation. I received an email offering a bid for an upgrade, but I was denied, most likely because I made my reservation using Hotels.com. However, kudos to the front desk staff for moving us to a very lovely plunge pool suite for our last evening when a very loud wedding outside our door drove us crazy. I would like to complement the staff, who were always pleasant, helpful and at your service. All in all, I feel that The Lodhi is quite overpriced, and is not a good value for the high prices they charge.

Excellent, safe location - close to CP, South Ex and Khan market, secure, smooth airport/train transfers, well appointed large, quiet rooms with air purifiers, heated Toto/American standard facilities, top-notch service, sumptuous, indulgent breakfast with plentiful choices, trendy, elegant bar offering plethora of dinner/libation options served with love and genuine care !! Fantastic service managers - consummate professionals in their stylish, signature blue pinstripe suits !!

If you are looking for the most fabulous welcome, fantastic, spacious and elegant rooms, beautiful grounds then you need to stay at The Lodhi. This was a real oasis from the hustle and bustle of Delhi and the staff could not do enough for us. The relaxation factor is very high and the comfort is amazing. I would return to India just to spend more time here. A true bucket-list experience.

The property has a calm, upscale vibe and the location in Lutyens’ Delhi feels premium. ✅ What I Really Liked Rooms: Extremely spacious, modern and well-maintained. Private plunge pool gives a true luxury feel. Service: Staff was polite, attentive and quick to respond. Ambience: Peaceful, exclusive and perfect for a comfortable staycation. Food: Breakfast and in-room dining both were excellent in quality and presentation. Amenities: Gym, spa and pool area are world-class.
