How wonderful are these people!
Where do i start? I have travelled extensively in India and abroad but i am yet to stay at friendlier and warmer hotel. Lets start at Housekeeing, they out did theselves , Bagh Singh is exceptionally talented who not only left a spic and span room but also arranged everything that was cluttered, folded our clothes, kept my make up and skin care bags on little mats on the wash basin. Too much! Then comes Breakfast, MY GOD they want you to eat, a few mentions here as these gentlemen were warm, helpful, friendly and kept advising me what to eat. SUPER FRIENDLY and NICE. I am so happy to have met Mr. Ashish, Mr. Arman and Mr. Naushad. They are a master class in Customer Service. What more, i even got a Bon Voyage cake! DEFINETLY COMING BCK HERE. TWO THUMBS UP!

A truly exceptional stay – one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had
We stayed at The Lodhi for 5 nights in a Lodhi Deluxe Room with Plunge Pool. From the first moment we felt genuinely welcomed – the service throughout was exceptional. The room was stunning, spacious and beautifully designed. The private plunge pool was an absolute highlight, especially in the Delhi heat. Breakfast was outstanding every morning, and dinner at Indian Accent was one of the culinary highlights of our trip. The hotel organised a day trip to the Taj Mahal including a German-speaking guide. Slightly more expensive than other providers, but absolutely worth it – great service, breakfast included, and our driver Sunil was fantastic. A special mention to Payal from housekeeping – always attentive and thorough throughout our stay. Our airport transfer driver Naresh was a real highlight too – he shared stories about Delhi during the drive and even showed us some sights along the way. One small note: there was a mix-up with our transfer time, but it was resolved within 5 minutes. That says everything about the service here. We will absolutely be back.

Wonderful
stayed at The Lodhi Hotel, Delhi with Harshit and Preet, and the experience was truly wonderful. The hospitality, ambience, food, and overall service were excellent. The staff was extremely courteous and made our stay very comfortable and memorable. Everything was perfectly managed, and we really appreciated the luxury experience provided by the hotel. Looking forward to visiting again soon. Highly recommended!
