The Oberoi, New Delhi

Well. This is my fourth stay here. Oberoi is ‘meera ghar Delhiko - मीरा घर दिल्लिको . I have stayed in most of the big Delhi hotels and this is simply the best. The staff are outstanding - from the general manager - a kind and cultured man - to the concierges, such as the legendary Albert to the desk and restaurant staff. I come to India for research and to visit family and friends. A delight

Nil complaints and highly professional with perfect Bharat attire. Food quality is perfect and decent. There should be a walking track within hotel to people to have morning walk along with Full level “Yoga” class of at-least one hour. In case hotel can have one more floor with French Balcony, shall have more comfort to have morning coffee.

Good property & exceptional service by all the staff there, Including the front office staff, restaurant staff, housekeeping staff and staff at the business centre. Food choices, ambience & cleanliness was excellent. Resident’s lounge was excellent, Will definitely like to keep coming back & recommend to family & friends.

We were in Delhi for a quick 2 day trip and decided to stay at Oberoi and it was a great decision. We had a wonderful time and experienced the legendary Oberoi hospitality. Our 2 children were amazed at receiving their own pillows with their names embroidered during checkin - a wonderful gesture by the staff. A few other examples of the team going above and beyond included supplying us with a thermometer when we suspected on of the kids running a temperature and they offering us to go get medicines from Khan Market if we needed some. We also found ourselves missing some safety pins and they were quick to provide us with a few. The rooms themselves were spotless and extremely comfortable. They have Nespresso machines which is always a very nice touch. We also got to use the pool which is temperature controlled and was appreciated. The breakfast the next morning was again exceptional. Food and service were top notch. The only issue with staying at Oberoi hotels, I feel, is that they set the bar very high making it harder for other hotels to compete on service.

While the hotel is mainly a venue for Business, the facilities , the friendliness of staff and the service are very valuable for everyone - including families with small kids. Restaurants are also very good and the breakfast is amazing. Very consistent with Oberoi high quality
