Very nice hotel, with personalized touch for the children, clean, helpful and respectful staff, high quality rooms and services, and good F&B. Small personal touches with gifts and classes for the kids and receptive to all our needs. Ms Aditi from guest services was particularly helpful during our entire stay. Would definitely rank amongst top 3 hotels we’ve stayed at globally in terms of overall service and quality.
