A special place to stay
Hotel facilities were of the highest standard and customer service was excellent. We were felt welcome and made to feel special as soon as we arrived. Guest rooms were spacious and the breakfast buffet was exceptional. The Baoshuan restaurant provided a wonderful dinning experience of contemporary Chinese cuisines. Tucked away one level below lounge area we found a special place to enjoy afternoon tea with a varied range of cakes and pasties.

Made to feel extra special... last minute plan but excellent service. From the sugarfree cake to the extra flowers and toys for the little ones. Food as usual was excellent. Every need was met. For peace, cosy warmth and special day celebration! Thank You!
