We are extremely happy with the hospitality and excellent service of Oberoi hotel right from welcoming us at Airport and seamless checkin. All the staff are hotel are very gentle, polite and utmost willing to take care even to the little things. I would specially like to compliment the front office Manager , Mr. Vinayak who made our stay very confortable. The buttler that they provide is an icing on the cake, who ia there to help at the press of a button. Though I am a regular traveller, this is the first time we have stayed at Oberoi property. I can definitely rank this one as the top most. I will always keep Oberoi hotels in my top priority list. Location of the hotel is very good with everything nearby. There is greenery all around and all market places and other sites are very reachable. I would like to put up a small suggestion regarding the residents lounge in which we were offered complimentary access. The lounge is good, staff also good ,but there is hardly any veg snacks available even during the happy hours. They only put up one mushroom item, which most vegeterians avoid. You can if possible add up Grill Sandwitch or pakoras or something similiar. Except this everything is par excellent in this hotel. Must stay at Delhi.

A real luxury hotel with Indian atmosphere. Excellent service, beautiful room, super comfortable bed and nice atmosphere

We arrived exhausted after a long flight from the UK. Our interconnecting suite was not ready, so the front desk team were kind enough to give us a temporary room to sleep and freshen up in. We were very grateful for this. The hotel itself is beautiful and modern. The rooms are spacious, with wonderful bathrooms with big bath tubs to relax in. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool. The food served there was delicious. Every member of staff was super friendly and couldn't do enough to help. We were blown away by the level of service. This was our first hotel in India, so we were a little nervous and wary about being in such a different environment. However, after a couple of days here, we learnt to relax and built up a lot of trust in the hotel and the staff which made the rest of our stay in India even more enjoyable. India is the most fabulous country and very safe. We ate in all of the restaurants and they were all excellent quality. Breakfast was a huge feast with so many different foods to choose from. We would definitely stay here again when we return to India. The whole of the Oberoi group is on another level.

My stay was excellent as always. Oberoi Delhi is my go to hotel whenever i visit Delhi. The Hotel is impeccable, clean, service always top notch, and, the food consistently excellent. They have an excellent selection of drinks and a robust wine list. And the piece de resistance - the finest smoking room amongst any establishment in the country.
