The Taj Mahal Hotel, New Delhi

Worst resturant experience in Machan, where the Guest Service Supervisor Rahul Gautam lied blatantly on our face & refused to serve us drinks as the liquor service time had exceeded. We categorically asked him before having drinks in the bar if we can have drinks along with food to which he said yes & then finally we came he just lied on our face. Pathetic service given to all of us.

Everything about the Taj Mahal New Delhi hotel is incredible; a sign of a well managed operation. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. The facilities and grounds are impeccably well maintained. When my travels take me back to New Delhi, I'll be staying at the Taj Mahal New Delhi. And I will recommend the Taj to everyone planning a trip to New Delhi.

I've been to other five star hotels in the past. However, the way the staff acknowledges and Pampers you is at a different level. Especially the breakfast staff. One person in general I would like to call out is Sanjay from the breakfast staff. Every morning he makes it pleasurable and inviting. He is also very keen on providing good suggestions of breakfast items based on your preferences. He is probably one of the best service person I've had the pleasure to be around.

Loved every bit of it right from welcome till good bye Place is beautiful and service is impeccable They kept showing small gestures to make the experience better Food is impeccable, I have celiac and they didn’t neglect it like most places do and served some amazing variety for all the meals including manager mr varun was so good and extremely corporative with us and his team took great care of us ajay and other along with the best chefs of the world with the best smile and service and absolutely the best food with all our specifications chef aashi a lovely lady we wish her all the good luck , along with chef shenki Highly recommend it!
