Excellent family stay at Taj Mahal Hotel, New Delhi
We stayed for 4 nights at the Taj Mahal hotel at Man Singh Road, New Delhi. We had two club lounge rooms for our family of 5 and the experience was simply excellent. Apart from the usual attra tions of Taj, like sumptuous breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms with good views, what always makes the BIG diference, is the hoapitality and attitude of the staff. Right from the security staff to front desk, to the floor attendants to the F&B team, we were well greeted and treated all the time. The swimming pool is very nice with a jacuzzi, the lobby lounge is brilliant with cosy sofas, everything about this hotel is great. The icing on the cake is its central location, close to CP. This was our second stay in recent times and we would love to go back whenever we visit Delhi.

Exceptional Hospitality, As Always!
Our stay at The Taj Mahal Palace was nothing short of exceptional. The hospitality stood out yet again, with special appreciation for Kriti (floor manager) and Virendra (housekeeping), whose thoughtful gestures and impeccable service elevated our experience. I was here to celebrate a birthday, and the team ensured it became a truly memorable occasion. Thank you, Taj, for once again exceeding expectations. We look forward to visiting again soon.

A truly five star experience
A truly exceptional, five star experience in the heart of New Delhi. Of the many hotels I have stayed in in New Delhi, this was by far the most exceptional experience. The staff are warm and welcoming, and the facilities are top-notch. All of the restaurants are incredibly good, in terms of both food and service, and the staff in the executive lounge is both welcoming and the food and drink on offer are terrific. I would highly recommend For a business or a leisure stay in New Delhi.

Too noisy for business travellers
It’s been two of what is supposed to be four nights, but I am going to have to move hotels. The noise is unbearable. I’ve had to ring the past two nights after midnight about parties that are playing music so loud it woke me up through earplugs just now. This is not a business traveller friendly hotel. I’m speaking at an international conference tomorrow and will be going on just a few hours sleep. Really not ideal. Extremely disappointed and will be asking my company to remove this from the options for others travelling to this area.
