Very clean and staff good BUT breakfast byfee can improve
Its very very clean hotel Staff are very good Spa is very good What to improve I had access to club and it’s coctail hours. But I was not told at checkin and I missed this for 2 days of my stay. Breakfast buffet - the breakfast should include more options. If u compare it with Lalit and other hotels in new delhi breakfast bufee option is very less and does not include live cooking stations. Resturant- the machan was good BUT the Chinese resturant needs serious food upgrade. It was either too salty or too bland . Disappointed with Chinese resturant

Taj losing its charm ,hospitality & warmth missing & care seems to be alien word ! Deterioration is seen clearly
Pathetic service & casual behaviour seen towards room readiness & even suggestions & complaints ! Care was completely missing..I was made to check in in suite which has both the tv malfunctioning ! Being chambers member I was expecting better service & when for 30 mins tv could not be repaired I asked to connect me with GM but they refused then I told them to connect with GM next day before check out but that also did not happen .don’t know since when GM has become so inaccessible to dissatisfied customer .my woes did not end here next day when I went for breakfast in machan ,person did not even get complete order & when we repeated order then also he was taking inordinate time & I had to leave breakfast table midway as I was getting late ! Pathetic is the word that too from chambers member !

Pathetic experience
6 Nov is my Wifes birthday and the front desk lady was aware about it and she herself asked to arrange a cake, she asked this a multiple times and I said yes but no one came to deliver the cake to our room, due to this commitment I didn’t order anything from outside or Hotel’s bakery and ruined the day. Also the AC was not working properly, I think whenever Taj is providing an epicure free rooms then they are allocating the most pathetic room of the hotel.
